Mehedi Hasan is the founder of GrowDwell and a self-taught indoor gardener with 8 years of hands-on experience growing houseplants in small apartment spaces. His specialty is pet-safe and low-maintenance plants for first-time plant parents. After moving into a 1-bedroom apartment with a curious cat and dog, Mehedi started GrowDwell to share what he learned the hard way — which plants survive low light, which ones pets ignore, and which ones simply aren't worth the trouble.
